Good stay

Hi Bonnie, glad you had a very good stay with us. I do sincerely apologize for the guest upstairs, these are some of the few things we can't control but as soon as our staff is alerted or hears anything, we really try our best to quickly solve the issue. Nonetheless, I hope to see you again sometime soon!

On my arrival I was completely ignored while the counter associate was arguing with someone on her cell phone. I was not happy with the pool not being heated and the hot tub had WAY TO MUCH CLORINE BURNING EYES AND SINUSES. Two staff members argued at 8pm in front of my door and was threatened to beat the $#*t out of the other (one male threatening female) after feeling unsafe and disappointed in all aspects, we left the hotel a day early and checked into a different place.

No carpet throughout building, (although nice vinyl planks) but very noisy-'echo effect'-ie; voices, footsteps, etc. Did not like the absence of hair dryer, Kleenex and bath mat. comfortable bed.

Nice place. Covered pool, jacuzzi, big screen TV, and 30' drive to Sunrise Park Ski resort. All for under $100 per day.
It would be great to have breakfast.
