I stayed here two nights ago and loved it! This little gem in Pinetop-Lakeside, AZ, is in the prettiest mountain town—reminded me of Lake Tahoe. The rooms were spotless and comfy, and instead of keys, you get your own unique entry code (so easy!). They have a 24/7 self-checkout marketplace with everything you might need, plus a cute pool, plenty of parking, and lots to do nearby. The best part? The staff! You can text them anytime and they reply right away with such friendly, helpful service. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and a good size for 2-4 ppl. Definitely worth the price and very convenient. Didnt use the pool or other amenities just because we only stayed one night but all areas were clean. Very homey

An OK hotel. Super close to softball fields for weekend tournament. NO elevator. Got to lugg everything up 1 flight of stairs if you dont get first floor. Only 2 floors thankfully.

The hotel was newly remodeled and very clean from the lobby to the room we stayed in. The check-in desk was unmanned but a phone on the counter prompted you to pick up for assistance and was answered promptly. A very welcoming associate arrived promptly and checked us in quickly. I was pleased that my pet fee was only $20 for 2 dogs, and I was texted the room entry information, wifi code and phone number for support upon check in, no card key required. We didn't use the fireplace or spa tub for our stay, but they were clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. I appreciated the apartment sized refrigerator over the mini fridges we usually get in rental rooms. It was a great room for a reasonable price and we will stay again!

Was only there for a quick overnight stay. Check-in was fairly simple. Staff was friendly. The bed mattress was not very good at all, very hard and lumpy, and it was only three small pillows. Otherwise room was OK for a one night day and what you would expect for a two star hotel.

Pros: Very friendly, clean facility, pool and hot tub were well kept, vending on-site, large fridge and sink next to it, microwave, warming light in bathroom, quiet, and felt safe. Things to consider: no hair dryer, no place in bathroom to put your toiletries, no facial tissues/kleenex in room, no early check in unless you pay an extra fee, front desk not always staffed, but there is a phone to get assistance. I will definitely stay here again if/when in Pinetop-Lakeside.
