Very old smelly property with Odour coming from alteast couple of rooms we have checked. Even washroom vent isnt working. Guy on duty offered a couple of portable fans and said you can open the window and run the fans for ventilation. Opening the door or window doesnt seem safe as they open into the front galary whereby other occupants pass by to their respective rooms.

Our favorite part was how close it was to the beach we were able to walk down stairs straight to the volleyball courts on the beach. It was close to the shopping areas as well so walking around was nice and not tiring. Will stay there again.

David and CHRIS working the front desk could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They were so helpful and professional. The lace is right at the beach. The pool was nice and warm . The breakfast bakery items were also great. We will definitely be back often!

I felt the price was decent , it was close to highway ,shopping, and restaurants .the staff was friendly and helpful with checking in . There was a dog barking in the room next to ours so we had to change rooms from main floor to upstairs . Then once again had to change rooms again due to room being Hot . We were taken care of and got another room a few doors down. We had to cancel extended stay due to me not feeling well ( came down with a terrible cold from our stay a day before ) We were credited our balance to only 1 night instead of the 4 we booked . I appreciate that and if we come back I’ll be looking to stay here again .

I was here before, the property is too old and no maintenance, the outside of the property wasn’t even painted for several years. The breakfast is no real, NO OJ, NO MEATS, NO EGGS. Baguels no fresh. I don’t recommend this hotel under NO REASON!

Edgewater was a great place to stay. David, the front desk person was nice and accommodating. The hospitality was great! The rooms are dated, but they are clean. The convenience of being right on the beach was nice, and only two blocks away was Pomeroy where all the shops and restaurants are. Awesome stay

Anything and everything in the surrounding area are ten times nicer than this place . This place was a filthy dump Dinghy thin bedspreads , pillows were all different color yellow , curtains have not been washed , broken baseboards , marks all over walls We left a night early and I had to chalk it up as a loss How dare this place charge me 400 dollars a night I wouldn’t stay at this place again if they paid ME 400 dollars a night . I feel completely ripped off
