Firstly I would like to mention that this is my 4th trip to Pittsburgh this year and my first and last time staying in this hotel. First night, run out of conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. ( I had my own) second day the blow dryer didn’t work and took two phone call to front to get it replaced. The “clean” towel were stained with “red” disgusting. No usb to charge your devices, no microwave.

Front desk clerk was friendly but hard to understand, She talked so fast about the details of the hotel I missed most of it. However the guy in the evening at the food and bar counter was awesome. The tile in the shower could use a cleaning or redo. But overall was a good stay

waited check in was at 4, I arrived at 4:45 and did not get a room until 7. otherwise it was pretty clean, has a pool that the kids enjoyed. right next to a huge shopping centre with plenty of restaurants.

They have just renovated the this hotel, and it is very nice. The room was very large and comfortable. The mattress was great. The blackout curtains really worked. There are nice areas to eat and relax in the lobby area. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping areas. I would prefer a better job on the bathroom cleaning. It wasn't dirty. But you see lots of streaks from cleaning.

When checking in, front desk clerk stated complimentary breakfast from 7-11. Theirbisnt no complimentary breakfast. King suites too full of tables and desk. No bath tubs in king room and when ask to move was told no.
