The hotel itself was nice. We really only used it to sleep for 1 night. The parking was the issue. They had cars everywhere. People were parking in the sides of the road, on the grass, in handi- capped spots, in fire exits, and anywhere you could thing a car would fit. We saw someone pull out of a handi-cap spot and back into a black suv and then he sped off.

Room was very clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The main reasons for booking at your hotel was to use park and fly and the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Our flights left at 6:00 AM and returned at 11:45 PM. The driver was waiting for us in the lobby to go to the airport at 3:30 AM and promptly picked us up after our return flight. I can’t say enough a bout the driver Giovanni. He was courteous, kind, and so pleasant to talk to. I would consider him a very valued employee.

The room was Good except the heat would not Turn off/the ac wouldn’t come on. Our room was 75 degrees the whole time which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The pool is disgusting . When we originally booked our trip, we added on an extra night so the kids could have more time to enjoy the pool. My son wouldn’t even go in it, my daughter did but I got her out after like 15 mins and we didn’t go back. The pool room itself is freezing . It smells like fish. The water is really dirty. It’s so musty in there, after a few minutes of sitting in the pool area, my eyes were itchy and burning and I was getting stuffed up, and scratchy throat… pretty sure my allergies were kicking in due to mold in there. Definitely needs proper ventilation. The breakfast was good and all the staff was very nice!

I booked and paid for a King size bed. Upon arrival those were all sold out so we had to settle for 2 queen size beds. 24 hour shuttle obviously had to be booked ahead as the 3:30, 4:00 and 4:30 shuttles were all booked. Had to go to a parking center up the street and pay an additional $110 to ensure we made it to the airport on time.
