Extraordinary view, great breakfast and friendly staff. Convenient and walkable to many downtown locations. The only down side is that housekeeping never came to clean my room or at least empty waste bins during my stay. Other than that it was a great experience.

Fairfield inn - Pittsburg

our coffee machine was broke asked for a new one and the request was ignored, no Kleenex, about 50% of staff were helpful and attentive , the other half - not so much. Location is excellent.

In Pittsburgh downtown, right next to the river. The only tricky part is about the parking. You need to arrive on Grant -> Fort Pitt Blvd instead of following GPS which is very confusing. I did valet parking and they are very fast: 5 minutes waiting tops. Everything is within walking distance. They say Pittsburgh has very good public transportation system. Next time I am going to try. Also, the drive to Niagara Falls is doable for an one-day trip if weather is good.
