Stayed here on two separate occasions during a visit to the area. On both occasions the rooms were to the usual standard expected from a Hampton and the large TV provided crisp images. The lady on the front desk recognised us from our first stay.

Hampton doesn’t have my reservation? Really?

So tell me Hotels.com how do I book room on a very frequent basis and never have a problem with a hotel. This person at the front desk said my reservation was not available and the itinerary number and every other reservation number was not recognized by Hampton Inn. Hard to believe. So where is the truth. Never happened before. But happens in Wast Mifflin, Pa while trying to visit my mother in hospital, in dire condition. I had a valid and paid Hotels.com reservation. Someone at Hampton Management should look into this immediately as well as Hotels.com

Least comfortable hotel bed ever No maid service No body wash - had to call down after my shower. I had a sub par shower bc they didn’t take the time to notice the shower gel was empty Pleasant staff Disappointing when I could have stayed at the hotel next door whose quality is much Better just to save $60 per night. Next time choosing my regular - springhill suites

Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great with bacon, boiled eggs one morning and omelette the next. Waffles, cereal and oatmeal. Coffee was 24/7, but a bit weak. Lots of restaurants close by, Juniper Grill was delicious! Will definitely stay here again!

Pinky and Tracy were top tier gals. I had to call and ask questions prior to checking in and Pinky was so nice and helpful, I got to meet her during my stay and she was even more lovely in person! Tracy did my check in and was able to switch our room so we could be closer to our friends in the wedding party, really appreciate her for that! The room was so spacious and comfortable and there were no issues with anything. The breakfast was great, especially the cinnamon roll waffles!
