Not worth to live there.. for drivers stay is ok. Most of them stay there.. no clean ..not suitable for expedia ccustomers. Very very disappointing.

This place is a complete nightmare. The room was filthy the moment I walked in. The bathtub was cracked and dirty, the fridge and microwave were covered in rust and grime, the lamp shades were stained, and the walls had strange shiny marks. The room reeked of cigarettes, the AC didn’t work, the lamps didn’t work, and the whole space felt humid and unsafe. The mattress and bedding were stained with what looked like bodily fluids, the sheets had burn marks, and the blankets smelled awful. There were almost no accessible outlets, and everything felt neglected. I couldn’t sleep at all because the room was so uncomfortable, and it only got worse: the man in the next room, who seemed to be associated with the management, had people knocking on his door all night long—2am, 3am, 5am. It felt like shady business was happening right next door. The property also rents rooms for long-term stays, which clearly adds to the dirt and lack of upkeep. I checked out early because it was unlivable. The front desk didn’t seem to care. They promised to refund two nights and told me Expedia just needed to call. Expedia reached out multiple times, and after a week the manager refused to honor the refund. Completely unprofessional. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and should be inspected or shut down. Avoid at all costs.

They had a ton of rules, but there is no check in after midnight (which I normally rely on), and no way to check out before 9:00AM - and I had to leave at 7:15AM and they CHARGE YOU for a "late checkout" if you don't return the key before you leave. NO WIFI, which in today's world is a killer.

They put me in a smoking room, and the blankets and sheets were all stained. They told me I had ten minutes to decide if I wanted to stay, but it was really late and I didn’t have any other option. The only thing that was actually clean was the bathroom.

The room was okay. Needs a chair. Covers on the outlets and light switches. Need to have better pillows. There are broken down cars in the parking lot. Found a dead roach plus killed a live roach in the room. The pictures of the hotel are nothing like they show on the website. My opinion it’s a sleazy hotel I will not stay at again. No amenities at all. If you need clean linens have to take dirty one to front desk to get clean one’s. There are people that live there. Don’t recommend this place.

We arrived 45 minutes late to the booking, but had to wait for our room to be cleaned once arriving. The room had gummies stuck to the carpet, the bathtub looked as if its never been scrubbed. There was a strong “pee” aroma admitting through the sink. You couldn’t use the microwave & tv at the same time, if the tv even decides to work for you. Our overhead light didn’t work, as-well as one of the bulbs of the only lamp in the room. The doors are only half painted with paint falling off. The lock on our door was even missing. Police circled the hotel multiple times during our stay. We will absolutely not be returning ever. I strongly advise the business to fix their motel up if they want better reviews. The staff wasn’t rude, but they also aren’t welcoming.

This whole place is a dump. If you have any standard for cleaniness by pass this hotel. I felt uneasy when i was checking in. Should have said no thank you. The room smelled horrible. The comforters were full of holes. There were stains on the bedsheets. I don't think there was a clean spot in the room. We left and told them that we could not stay there. Thats when i was told they had a 10 minute rule. If you don't check out within 10 minutes there is no refund. It took us 5 minutes alone to find the room as most of the lights were out. There was no way i was in that room 5 minutes. That rule tells me they know how bad that place is. I felt so dirty after we left. I had to take a shower at the new hotel just to feel clean. I chose this hotel because it was listed within walking distance of Acrisure Stadium. No it wasn't. I will be disputing this charge for sure.
