Avoid until changes are complete

Hotel is dirty. Showers moldy, no heat or sanitary wipes in gym, breakfast was bagged water, energy bars and a hall cup of peaches. Window shade inoperable. Desk help said they were going to become a Holiday Inn. Stay away until it’s redone.

This hotel was overall clean but has some issues with their grouting needing to be redone. The mold beneath the surface is due to get replaced but it's the only flaw with the room. I believe this hotel may have been a smoking one beforehand so the hallways have an odour that seems to be embedded in the walls and carpet -- not the rooms! I will say though, they recently replaced their beds and they were incredibly clean and comfy!! Also, they'll give you a mini breakfast in the morning but its just small packaged things like a danish and a fruit cup, so, don't rely on this meal for a full breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff!

We got to the hotel at 6pm when check in was supposed to be at 3 and our king bed room still wasn’t ready. So they “upgraded” us to a king suite 20 minutes later. We get to the suit the door is broken on the hinge so you have to slam the door to close it. The heat in the room you can’t adjust so we had to unplug it from the wall. The thermostat on the wall is out of batteries. The room smelled like someone was literally just staying in here, did not smell clean. Sounded like there was a crack head underneath us banging on the ceiling and yelling. The elevator had issues so we took the stairs. The pool was closed. Only pro is check outs at 12 & the comforters on the bed were cozy.

The first room assigned to me had no heat. Next room the one that I stayed in was far from the elevators even though the hotel was empty.
