The Enclave Island Retreat is a fully staffed, all-inclusive private island reserved exclusively for your group.

Located just a few minutes by boat from Placencia, Belize, The Enclave includes seven private beachfront bungalows, a freshwater pool, open-air dining and gathering spaces, unlimited food and beverages, dedicated island staff and private boat transfers from Placencia.

Maximum occupancy is 22 guests, with no more than 18 adults.

The displayed rate is for exclusive use of the entire island and its all-inclusive services, not a per-room rate. At full occupancy, the cost per guest can be comparable to a premium all-inclusive resort, except your group has the island, amenities and staff entirely to itself.

THE ISLAND
The Enclave is a private two-acre island surrounded by Caribbean water, tropical landscaping and sandy shoreline.

At the center of the island is a spacious open-air pavilion designed for dining, relaxing and gathering. It includes:

• A dining area for shared meals and celebrations
• A walk-around bar with unlimited beverages
• Comfortable lounge seating
• A freshwater pool with ocean views
• A pool table and additional games
• Space to gather as a group or spread out

Around the island, guests will find hammocks, shaded sitting areas, a private dock, beach chairs, kayaks, paddleboards and quiet spaces to enjoy the water and views.

Sofa sleepers are located in bungalow sitting areas, near the primary sleeping space. Twin beds in Red-Footed Booby and Woodpecker are located in lofts accessed by stairs.

ISLAND ALL-INCLUSIVE DINING

Meals are prepared by our island culinary team using a fresh, rotating menu. Dining is relaxed and personalized, whether your group prefers breakfast overlooking the water, lunch beside the pool or dinner under the stars.

Guests receive unlimited access to Inky’s from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

This gives your group the freedom to enjoy additional dining, activities and amenities while maintaining the privacy of your own island.

Spa services may be arranged either on the island or at The Siren’s Spa at Sirenian Bay.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge and should be scheduled in advance whenever possible.

GETTING HERE

International guests typically fly into Philip S. W. Goldson International Airport in Belize City.

From Belize City, guests may continue to Placencia by:

• A local flight of approximately 30 minutes
• A private ground transfer of approximately 2.5 hours

Our team can assist with arranging either option.

Once you arrive in Placencia, our team will meet your group for the private boat transfer to The Enclave. The boat ride from the Placencia pier is approximately two to five minutes.

Although the island feels private and secluded, Placencia Village is just across the water.

Although Vrbo may show nearby restaurants and attractions as walkable, The Enclave is on an island; access to Placencia and peninsula amenities is by boat and arranged transfer.
