Feel the Gulf of Mexico breeze on your private screened-in Lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or having a sunset dinner.

There are many places to dine close by, and the most beautiful white sand beach and crystal clear water of Boca Grande is only minutes away.

INTERIOR
Professionally remodeled and updated in January 2024, this large 1700+ sqft third-floor elevator accessible unit features two (2) large suites and bathrooms and an additional half guest bathroom. There is a large chef's kitchen and dining area to accommodate your family and friends comfortably. The screened-in Lanai provides an additional 300 sqft of living and entertaining space overlooking the beautiful grounds and Inter-coastal.

LIVING AREAS
A beautifully appointed open floor plan boasts 10'-14' ceilings, 8' solid core interior doors, new vinyl plank flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors out to the Lanai, and thoughtful, luxurious furnishing throughout makes this home a perfect getaway. The family room and both bedrooms feature flat-screen televisions.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The gourmet custom kitchen is a chef's dream and has everything you need to create and serve your culinary masterpieces. Stainless steel appliances include a double oven, a side-by-side refrigerator, and a microwave. Additionally, this kitchen has a cooktop with a custom hood, full-pot and single-cup coffee maker, a toaster, and just about everything else you may need. Chat over pre-dinner drinks at a kitchen bar with three cushioned stools—the nearby "palm tree" inspired dining table seats another six.

BEDROOMS AND BATHS
This home sleeps up to six in the two large bedrooms and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a walk-in closet. This bedroom opens up to the beautiful Lanai and a view of the Intercoastal waterway. The master ensuite bath has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also features a flat-screen TV, a king-sized bed, and a large closet. This ensuite bath features a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. This condo also features a half bath for guests near the entryway. All bedding and towels provided.

- Hacienda Del Mar features a beautiful resort-style heated swimming pool, a separate heated lap pool, and a hot tub. There is plenty of seating on the surrounding patios. The pool pavilion provides a kitchen, full bathrooms, a gas grill and a dining area overlooking the Intercoastal.

- Love to play tennis or pickleball? The grounds feature numerous clay courts to get your game on. Additionally, stocked pickleball gear is in the condo for your use.

- Private Boat Basin. Hacienda Del Mar has eight-day boat docks located right on the property, a fish cleaning station with running water, and if you are lucky, you will see the family of Manatees that grace our docks. Additionally, there are several full-service marinas within walking distance if you would like to rent a boat or store your boat.

- The community features a fitness center providing cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights.

- Practice your chipping and putting on the community five-hole putting green.

- There are miles of walking and bike paths throughout this quiet community. Enjoy Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande's white sandy beaches, clear turquoise water, and fabulous restaurants just minutes away.

A Perfect Stay

We enjoyed our month long stay at this tastefully updated condo. Rob and Sherie were wonderful hosts and communication with Rob, from the time of our initial booking, to prior to and during our stay was excellent. The condo was very clean and so well equipped with every convenience. Our hosts provided everything needed to ensure we had a relaxing and comfortable stay. Enjoyable, Comfortable, and Relaxing Month

This condo was very well appointed with anything that you need and well stocked. Upon entering our first words were fabulous and wow! The screened lanai is so relaxing and we enjoyed watching the intercostal waterway boats and all the wildlife. The beds are comfortable and you really do have all the comforts of home. We loved it!

Wonderful Time Here

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at Rob and Sherie's place at the Hacienda del Mar complex on the Inter Coastal Waterway. The facilities and the view were more than we expected and the neighbours were friendly and social. Rob was thorough regarding the process of arriving and entering the unit and was an excellent communicator during our stay. Great Experience

We just had the opportunity of staying in Rob & Sherie’s condo & our experience was very enjoyable. Rob & Sherie are extremely hospitable, all the way from the upfront providing details regarding their unit to making sure everything was just right on our arrival day & follow up to see if we needed anything. Their condo is well appointed, very clean, providing all the homey accessories & topped off with a great view from the lanai. Pictures of the condo are very accurate. The grounds our well-kept & the two pools at the location, are a bonus. In a nutshell, a great experience.
