Nous avons eu une chambre qui sentait l'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé. La receptionniste a mis la clim et du parfum. Cela n'a pas suffit. Elle nous a changé de chambre sans aucun problème. Elle était très acceuillante.

I usually come here when I visit Galveston. Reasonably priced, good breakfast, and nice staff. This time around I'm not sure why but it was hard to get towels. They only had one big towel for 4 people in the room and when I requested for more they said they were having towel shortages and had to wait all day to get towels. Rooms and around the property could be cleaner. There was a baby roach in the bathroom so that's not a good sign. In all nice people that work there and convenient location close to the beach and restaurants but next time buy more towels and clean better please.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. We had to drain the pool water on Tuesday morning when you checked in and it was feeling back up in afternoon and next morning that the reason pool looked dirty.
