The room was subpar, just blinds, no curtains, a place for curtains but were gone, phone did not work, shower had patches in it. Very noisy above us, state troopers were called there in the morning. The room was not the cleanest. Then breakfast was the worst, we felt like we were being watched by the Gustapo. Breakfast served from 7-10 am, at 8:45 the waffle batter was empty and I asked for some and was told no more for today also there was only 1 sausage left. There was several other people that came in to eat but only had a choice of cereal. The person in charge that morning was the worst, very rude. I will never stay at this motel again.

We booked there to use the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working. They should notify guests if this prior to arrival Also the furniture in the room 430 has seen its better days. We are expecting a full refund including the early check in as we left the hotel to find one with a working hot tub.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the breakfast was noticeably less from last year. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership but it seemed that way Also the heat in our room was either cold or extremely hot. We noticed the window didn’t fully close at the top which probably messed with it

When we checked in they told us the hot tub wasn't functioning and that was the number 1 reason we booked this hotel. Our room was musty and dirty. Bugs crawling on the wall and ceiling AND when we opened our blind the window was broken with glass on the windowsill. The hotel was almost empty but they put us in a room that overlooked garbage bins and trucks. Also the walls had stains and the bathroom was dirty. We wanted to cancel but would have lost our money and would have had to find another hotel but the person I was with, his ability to reload the car and find a place would have been difficult. We tried the door to go in the pool but couldnt get in with our keys and the lady at the front desk said it was too stressful for her to go and try because "she had sensory issues and was hungry and needed to eat" We tried 3 times and gave up. Another person at the desk said we could find another place and ask expedia for a refund. All in all our stay was horrible as not only did the fridge rattle all night and cold air coming from the heater we layed there watching for bugs. Never again at this hotel.

Bathtub was broke an had some tpye of tape inside the bathtub which made it very slippery. During a shower staff walked into my room as I walked out of the shower, do not disturb sign didnt stop anyone, and one front desk staff was rude.

We were given the wrong room and walked in on someone else already there. There were live and dead ladybugs in the room and lots of dead ones behind the curtain window. The room had not been vacuumed because there were bits of stuff all over the floor and our toilet was blocked. So it wasn’t the most pleasant stay.
