Damp mildew smell in the room was not very pleasant. The breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to a lot of malls, restaurants and stores.

Great.

We had the king suite and enjoyed our stay. The building is older but the rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The sofa in our suite was ripped in one place but not a big deal. Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, lots of pillows. The breakfast was a huge surprise, it is excellent with everything you need ....waffles, cereal, hot food, eggs, sausage etc. Would certainly stay again.

TV was not working so I was gonna use the telephone to call the main desk. Telephone wasn’t working had to go down to the main office in the rain where I believe only I got lip service from the person on duty.

Room 223 a/c filter needs to be replaced. Room carpet needs to be steamed and dried thoroughly before being given to a guest. Housekeeper did great making the bed and supplying fresh towels. Liked that pool was in operation. Liked the strong shower pressure.

I'm disappointed with the price I paid for the hotel, as I learned you can access another website that would have cost me $150 less. Another issue was the stench coming from the ventilation system, indicating that the room cooling units aren't cleaned at all. This odor made it impossible to rest; it was very irritating and unpleasant. Breakfast was okay, and the service was pleasant. However, I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again. The view from the hotel, overlooking a square full of construction machinery and a caloric intake of water, was disgusting.

Undae. You don't need your key card to enter the building so anyone can walk in and Rome the halls. Motel itself was next hard to find. The office building to check in is not attached. A good and cheap to place to sleep for one night but I wouldn't recommend staying longer

This hotel needs help!

We found that check in was unorganized and understaffed. The office is not in the same building as the hotel rooms, which made it hard to communicate with the office staff without driving or walking back to the office. 3 out of the five rooms our group stayed in were poor. One was sent to a room that someone was already in the room, another couldn’t get two different sets of keys to work. The air conditioner was not on in our room upon check in, which made it very hot. The bathroom was dirty, shower was dirty and the whole room smelled like mold and mildew. The sitting chair was stained and dirty as well. This was not a good experience at all. Another friends sheets had not been changed on their bed, prompting them to get a different room.

Had to make 4 trip to office to get a room. First room was already taken there was stuff in room. The second keys would not work. The third try keys would not work. Then they moved us to a different room. We had 5 rooms in group thre of us had problems not happy at all
