I didn’t like the extra charge for more bottled water to be stocked in the refrigerator.

The check-in process was a little confusing; we signed 3 or 4 documents (half only in Spanish) and unsure of what we were actually signing and handed over $20 US dollars for a tax?? The room was very clean; housekeeping cleaned daily and stocked the fridge daily. There were several food options on the resort and almost all were delicious! You have to make reservations for some of the restaurants and it can be difficult to secure a time. Drinks were your typical reaort drinks. This property is separated into 3 areas- adults only, kid friendly, and then "privilege." So if you want a completely kid free resort, this is not the place you want. The adult only section was free of children, but you are able to hear them across the way. There is only 1 or 2 restaurants/bars without kids as well. The property's beach was beautiful and you have the capability to walk it a few miles each direction. Lastly, the spa/massages were absolutely amazing!

Number of pools to spend time at. Whole kids park and building separating families with small kids and adults only building/pool.
Great food options, and pleanty of choice.
Whole place was very clean. Staff very friendly.
Buy or bring your own volleyball if you want to play.... outside playing with the Activity coordinator for the 11am or 4pm hour. $18us for a ball at the resort.
Bowling alley and sports bar/disco were also great.
Would recommend this place.
