Overall, highly recommend!! Great atmosphere, wonderful dining options & wonderful staff. I only gave it 4 stars for condition. Ceiling in our room was leaking & had to be moved. New room had bugs crawling up the drain (some kind of ant). The water slide at the pool nearby was not working.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel resort, It was very beautiful. Check in took a long time, and they try to rope you into some kind of meeting to sell you a membership. We skipped that because we have had a bad experience in the past with timeshare meetings putting a bad taste in our mouth about the place we're staying. So we decided we wanted to enjoy this one.
Property was clean and beautiful. The restaurants were good. It was a little hard to get refills on your drinks at most meals(and I only drink water)...
The disappointing thing was that all of the infinity pools, except for one hidden pool, were not working. They were all a foot lower than usual, It took away from the ambiance...
We love that we could go to all the parks and we spent most of our days going to parks. Transportation was provided to the parks, It was a bit slow and found out later in the trip that walking was quicker, although a bit of a maze and not many good signs!
We will probably be back and hopefully the pools will be fixed by then!
