Fantastic Basement Rental

Our family was able to stay here while dropping off our daughters for college. The space was perfect for us and our kids. The basement is spacious and never felt like you were staying in a basement. This place is such a gem! It may be a basement, but with the large windows and 9 foot ceilings it feels so open and inviting. The beds were SO comfortable and the amenities perfect! Close to shopping and restaurants. On a quiet street. The couch was very comfortable and was big enough for four people to all be comfortable for movie nights. Everything was nice and clean. We stayed for couple of hours only so didn’t get a chance to feel it. The only thing is that property was very far away from every nice location and unfortunately owners didn’t see my reservation and when we were there they were not ready for us. It wasn’t anyones fault but because of this i was late for other places i was supposed to be seeing. Otherwise rooms are nice and clean, Everything looks very cozy and if you are going to visit Utah for a couple of days that is a good place to stay .

We love the location, the neighborhood, the space and the comfort of this place. Be aware that it is in the basement of a home with hardwood floors and 9 foot ceilings, so it can be a bit loud with the owners upstairs. It's not a huge issue during the day. Quiet hours start at 11 pm, so if you need early bedtimes, you might need to ask the owners if they can work with you. They are great to work with, and can usually accommodate your requests. They are really quick to respond most of the time (everyone has times they can't), and so nice!
