This is a 4-bedroom holiday home for 7 people located in the French countryside. It is only 300 m from the beach and just 4 km from the quaint town of Ploudalmezeau. You can also take a bike ride along the coast, which is known for its fishing villages, bays, and cliffs. Ploudalmezeau has a bakery, supermarket, and many restaurants. It also has a zoo. For some great seafood, go to Portsall 2 km away. Les Trois-Curé is a recreation park in Plouguin, 6 km away where you can rent pedal boats, sail boats, and canoes. Le Conquet, a cosmopolitan beach town with a casino, is also closeby. The town of Brest, 30 km away, is home to the Océanopolis aquarium. The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children's bed and high chair. Brest Bretagne Airport is 24 km away. The rental of Villa Borlon is allowed only to parties for families with children, grandparents with children and grandchildren. The person responsible for the booking must be at least 25 years old and effectively present during the stay. It is never allowed to use Villa Borlon for any kind of (public) parties, team-buildings, parties, weddings and other events. Exceptions will only be allowed after prior consultation with the VILLA BORLON owners. An increased deposit may then be requested.
We ask all guests to respect the peace and privacy of local residents. Noise and other) nuisance are unacceptable and may result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. If these conditions are not respected, extra costs will be charged anyway.
If these conditions are not complied with, the person responsible will be held liable for any damages, fines or legal costs.
Please update the rules for bookings at Villa Borlon on your website and ALL other places where you advertise our property.
This will take effect immediately and obviously for all new bookings from 21/7/2023.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 50,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
