The Space:

By staying at Ty Louise, you will enjoy one of the oldest houses in the port of Terenez, dating from 1870. Until the 1970s, it was a café-inn having hosted many artists who, from their rooms , could paint the sea. The house is authentic and spacious: here, no (or little!) Ikea furniture or luxury equipment, but all the comfort of a family home.

An incredible setting to enjoy the Bay of Morlaix.



The town of Plougasnou is accessible by car or free bus.

You are also very close to Plouezoc’h and Morlaix.



Spacious and family-friendly, the house offers large living rooms: a first living room upon entering the house with a French billiard table, a library and a wood stove; a fully equipped kitchen with a convivial table and Breton benches; and finally, a veranda at the back of the house with a second living room and a dining room.



The veranda gives access to the sunny and fenced garden.



A large shower room, with toilet and laundry room is located on the ground floor.



On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view and a large bathroom with toilet.



On the 2nd floor there is a large room converted into a bedroom with a double bed and an office area, overlooking a view also at sea.

The accommodation will be returned in good clean condition by the tenant. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant if the cleaning option is not requested. The maintenance costs invoiced by the platform correspond to the sanitary service between 2 rentals.

What to do nearby?

The town of Plougasnou and its shops are accessible by car (10 minutes) or by free bus during high season.

A sailing school is 200m away, ideal for enjoying the Bay of Morlaix and the Château du Taureau and its numerous islets.

A small playground is located right next to the house.

A surf/paddle school and equipment rental (in summer) is located at Primel Tregastel beach (Plougasnou) and a golf course in Carantec , 30km away.

Visit the Château du Taureau departing from the Port du Diben in Plougasnou.

Enjoy the Plougasnou market on Tuesday mornings.
