The house has a communal pool and an allocated underground parking area where you can access the house.

It is within walking distance to Polis town and a few minutes drive to the fishing village of Latchi, a well-known area with beautiful beaches and fish tavernas. The nearest beach is only 1.5 km away. The house is located near the Baths of Aphrodite (Godess of Beauty and Love) and the Akamas Peninsula - an area of natural wilderness, both geologically and physiographically, also known for its crystal blue waters.
