We had an emergency visit to relatives and found this place what a great choice. The location was closed to everything, shopping, restaurants, rental place and my family. The owner was quick in responding to my texts. The place smell clean and it was clean; with new towels. It was a great choice.
Pros:
-The interior of the apartment was represented accurately in the photos.
-The beds were comfortable.
-The free laundry was a nice perk.
Cons:
-Another family showed up after we did and tried to get in. They said they had also booked the place. We had a communication barrier so we're not entirely sure what happened, other than that they called the host and then left. I texted the host and asked if the situation had been resolved, but he didn't address it. YIKES.
-The location isn't great. It isn't near anything; we had to drive everywhere we went.
-We blew a fuse (twice) trying to use more than one kitchen appliance at the same time.
-There was a separate entry for the laundry that we couldn't access until I inquired with the host, who provided a separate code for it.
