- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool and Hot Tub: Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor pool, itâs normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is uncleanârest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. We do not provide pool towels.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. -INTERNET IS OUT OF SERVICE AT THE MOMENT-
