Welcome to our perfect island getaway! This cozy, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom home is located in São Roque, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 6-minute drive from Ponta Delgada. Welcome to our perfect island getaway! This cozy, fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom home is located in São Roque, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 6-minute drive from Ponta Delgada. Perfect for families or groups, the home offers comfort, convenience, and a great location close to local cafes, markets, and scenic coastal walking trails. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and take advantage of free street parking. Whether you're here to relax or to discover the natural wonders of the Azores, this charming retreat has everything you need.
There are very few rules - but the ones that are there are important:
1) No smoking is allowed inside the house. If you are a smoker, please go to outside to smoke.
2) Garbage: do not leave garbage in the house. Take it to the near bin.
3) Please turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.
4) Please be respectful of the neighbors. In Portugal, noise must be reduced to a minimum after 11 pm (23:00). Remember, you are on holidays, but the people around you are not. Try to put yourself in their shoes.
5) For Security make sure you ALWAYS lock the house door when you ENTER and LEAVE it.
6) House not suitable for pets.
7) No parties or events are allowed.
8) White Towels – bath use only, please avoid stains. Towels can't be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels can be rented for this purpose.
