Breakfast let the stay down
Posted Nov. 16, 2023 on HotelsStayed here many times over the years and always great reception staff, rooms clean & comfortable, it seems since Covid the breakfast arrangements have drastically deteriorated, I don’t mind pre-ordering breakfast but when you don’t get what you pre-ordered it’s pointless. Waited 20 minutes this morning and received a portion of dry cereal, no cutlery, no hot drink and nothing else that I had ordered. Really disappointing when everything else is great.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was nicely spacious with room to login to my laptop at a nice desk, great shower and close to La Catina--an outstanding ristorante. Loved it!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, especially for 5€, better than the typical buffet.
The room was cool which was important to us in August.

Had a great stay. The staff are very nice and ensure your needs are met. You order breakfast the day before and is served to you in the lounge area. Great concept to reduce food waste from other methods like buffets. The rooms are modern and clean. Beds are super comfy. And walkable to shops and great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
