L'Annex Océane is a charming, recent, independent gîte (built in 2023), adjoining the owners' house, quietly located in the heart of Pornic, 500 m from the beach, 300 m from the golf course and 500 m from the shops.
Private and secure parking on the property. Wooden terraces at the rear of the gîte (south facing), and at the front under the covered courtyard.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen/living room, lounge, bathroom and separate WC.
Floor: 1 attic bedroom with small sea view (160x200 bed), 1 mezzanine area with BZ sofa bed (140x200) and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, baby bed/chair.
All inclusive: electricity, electric heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax additional.
Small animals accepted on request free of charge.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
