Designed for your comfort, this warm house offers you a pleasant living environment with a terrace equipped with sun loungers and a small green space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
Its true asset? A private access to the beach located on the other side of the house. You will literally have your feet in the water, to enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of the day or a morning walk along the beach.
Upon your arrival, you will discover a pleasant living area comprising a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen. Fully equipped, it provides you with: an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Still on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a single bed (90x190), as well as a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.
Upstairs you will access the two other bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160/200) and the second with a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190). Under the roof, you will notice that some corners of the room are not very high-ceilinged, but this is all part of the charm of these rooms.
For even more comfort, the house is also equipped with a washing machine, an iron, as well as two private parking spaces.
