This brilliant house in Port Charlotte offers a heated salt water pool. You can fish and relax on the dock. You may see a variety of wildlife including: turtles, fish, alligators and the occasional manatee. Bring your boat. The canal leads out to Charlotte Harbor and then the Gulf. There is a Ms. Pacman/Galaga arcade game, foosball/ping pong/air hockey game, and corn hole game where you can challenge your family and friends. The home offers 4 cozy bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, full bed, twin bed, futon, and queen bed. With 2 fully equipped bathrooms, guests can relax and refresh after a day of exploring. We are about 15-20 miles to Boca Grande and Englewood Beaches.
