The unite also features: King size bed, sofa' bed can be made up for kids, Internet in the room, tv with Foxtel and NETFIX, air conditioning, fans, cooking stoves, microwave, toaster, oven, you can cook small meals or a breakfast.

This well equipped & comfortable hotel style room, has got unlimited internet WI-FI access.

This ground floor delux unit is air-conditioned, has a ceiling fan, Flat screen TV, fridge, Microwave, tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, hair dryer, shower over the bath, Iron & Ironing board.
Laundry facilities are available on the same floor.

The Ramada Resort has a Day Spa and gym and the Tree Bar & Grill Restaurant is next to the pool and waterfall.
A simple and sophisticated hotel experience with one king bed and sofa bed beside, The sofa bed beside can be made up to accommodate families, accommodating a maximum of four guests.

4 Mile beach is a short walk from the Resort, Transfer buses will deliver you direct to the Ramada foyer to Macrossan Street - the main part of town where there are great shops and Restaurants, and a Market Sunday morning.
And when you leave you can be picked up from the foyer to Cairns Airport. The same applies for local bus shuttles (every 10-15 minutes) and tour buses for the day's outings.

For medical needs there is a list of pharmacies, medical clinics and the Mossman Hospital in the local phone book, a copy is in the apartment for you use. A first aid kit is in the pantry for minor cuts.

During the summer months the box jelly fish inhabit our beaches. For your own safety if you want to swim in the sea please use the stinger net located on the Nothern end of the beach by the Esplanade. There are lifesavers on duty to assist. Ramada has a big pool for you to swim in safety and comfort. There is a bar at one end of the pool for you to order your refreshments.

On the weekends there are morning markets with fresh produce and handicrafts. Mossman market, near Foxton bridge is on Saturdays while Port Douglas market next to police station operates on Sunday. On Wednesdays there is a handicraft market at the Marina.

Hiring a car is a convenient form of transport to get around not only in Port Douglas but to explore the surrounding areas e.g. Mossman, Daintree and Atherton Tablelands. Car hire is available from Cairns Airport and also in Port Douglas.

Bike hire is available at the Ramada reception. This is another popular form of getting around as Port Douglas is on a flat coastal stretch of land. There are bicycle paths for your safety. When the tide is out, a ride along the beach is very pleasurable.

Local shuttle buses pick and drop off every 15 minutes at the Ramada foyer. Average cost is $5 per person per trip. If you book tours, the operators can pick you up from the foyer.
