Boomer Beach Retreat—Family Escape by the Sea

This two-level escape offers a calm atmosphere and modern comfort that make beach holidays simple. Upstairs forms the social heart of the home, where the lounge invites you to unwind with a smart TV after a day at the beach. Downstairs, a second living area offers a cosy retreat for quieter moments, complete with a smart TV, bookshelf and a selection of games for relaxed family downtime.

The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, while the nearby dining area provides an easy setting for shared meals and relaxed conversation. A spacious balcony overlooks the garden below, with outdoor dining and a BBQ, creating an inviting place for long lunches, sunset drinks or relaxed evening meals as the sea breeze rolls in. The fully fenced backyard extends the living space outdoors, giving kids room to play and a well-behaved dog space to enjoy the fresh coastal air.

Three comfortable bedrooms are located downstairs. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom offers a double bed, and the third bedroom is ideal for children with a tri-bunk featuring a double below and single above. A three-way bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath and separate toilet adds convenience for families.

A laundry with a washing machine, plus family extras like a stroller and stair gate, make longer stays easy. Off-street parking, free Wi-Fi and ducted air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.

This property is not available for Schoolies bookings and does not accept arrivals or departures on 25 December.

Parties and events are not permitted. Any breach will incur a $200 fee per occurrence. Late-night disturbances will also result in a $200 fee per occurrence.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $200 fee applies for any violations.

The base rate covers up to four guests. Additional guests are charged at $40 per person, per night.

One well-behaved pet may be allowed with prior approval. Please advise in advance if you plan to bring a dog. A $75 pet fee applies per stay. Unfortunately, puppies under one year old cannot be accommodated.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation, with the remaining balance due seven days prior to arrival. Before check-in, guests must also complete a short form, including submission of a valid ID, a selfie, and agreement to the terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
