Our stays was wonderful until we turned up for breakfast.. 3 of us stayed and our booking included breakfast.. on arriving we were told we had only paid for 2 not 3 to eat.. the girl went to check and did not come back to provide an update.. so not knowing what was going on only 2 of us ate. We go to check out.. the women who was on this morning was extremely rude.. she would not accept our 10% off voucher for our dinner as she was not able to change the amount spent?? This seemed ridiculous. So we had to pay full price for dinner.. then the breakfast drama .. I told her I would not be paying for 3rd person as they didn’t eat and as far as I’m concerned we had already paid.. she huffed and puffed said that this makes things hard for her!! She then spoke to me like absolute crap and said next time book direct not through Expedia and ask the appropriate questions!! Even asking for a receipt was a drama.. honestly if you want people to return then remove this women from your front desk as her manner and attitude will not be good for your business. And to the girl in the restaurant this morning maybe learn some communication skills and if you are questioning a customer have the decency to come back and provide them an update.. this put a complete downer on our stay and I doubt we will be returning
