Harrys is a spacious, airy, and light coastal home suitable for (multiple) families. Two living areas, salt-water pool and spa in tropical yard setting, delightful covered outdoor deck with BBQ. Large kitchen with new ceramic hot plate, large fridge, and all appliances for a comfortable stay. Coffee machine. 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive to Harry¿s Lookout and Shelly Beach, Sea Acres Rainforest Reserve, local shops and cafes.
Port Macquarie CBD 10 minutes drive.

BEDDING
Total beds: 7: 2x Queen, 2x Singles, 2 Doubles, 1x extra futon (child size) in shared living area
Master bedroom upstairs - 1x queen bed
Second bedroom upstairs - 2x singles
Third bedroom upstairs - 1x queen bed
Rumpus room downstairs aka can count as 4th bedroom - 2x doubles (or 1 double and futon)
Lounge room - extra futon (children size) or 1x double

LAY-OUT
Upstairs comprises the living areas, kitchen, dining, outdoor deck overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite for master bedroom). Downstairs features a large rumpus room which we call `fourth bedroom¿, it has a laundry with washing machine and dryer and 3rd bathroom with toilet and shower, older style hence we count as half a bathroom.
Functional family house where kids can play and roam free, and parents can relax too.
Games and books are provided.

Linen is provided, Your beds are made, no need to do chores upon arrival, all you need to do is rock up and enjoy yourselves, please bring your own beach towels.

Double lock up garage, driveway parking and free street parking. Enough space to park a boat. Please note driveway is steep.

Pet friendly on request, pre-approval from property manager required. We prefer outdoor and non-shedding small/medium size dogs. As a courtesy to the property owner kindly inform us about the type of breed. Please keep pets of lounge and beds.

OTHER
We cater to families and couples. Property not suitable for young adult groups, schoolies, uni-groups, large adult groups, hens or bucks crowds to keep our neighbours happy as property is located in a quiet street. We have other properties that might be suitable, just chat to us about your needs.
Base price is set for 8 guests. Sleeps 10 guests maximum.
