Great price quiet safe close to either Daytona Beach or new Smyrna Beach and staff excellent!!

Old spring mattress, no box spring stained bedding, but on the bright side, didn’t see any bugs … lots of road noise in the morning, but expected on Rte 1

The property looked nothing like the pictures. NOTHING. Owner was rude yelling at me for ringing something labeled doorbell. Had to pay before seeing room. No money back. Never stayed took my things and left. Check your properties you advertise. Lost 174$ and had nowhere to stay

2 beds light bulb on the wall with no lamp shade
Ceiling fan about to fall down no bulb there, smelled bad asked for different room same thing
Manager cussed me out in some other language when I asked for my $$ back
