Very friendly staff and helpful. Wanted to especially thank Joyce in the dining area for her service. She made us feel at home. With the renovation going on above us, we did not notice or hear any thing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well equipped. 24 hour coffee and tea area was well stocked with a variety of coffee creamers and teas and much appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was overcharged for my stay

I booked a room for 5 people and was told the total was 550 for the room for the 4 nights stay including breakfast and hotel facilities. When i checked out i checked my bank account and was charge extra for having up 5 people stay in the room and had payed 810 dollars. When i asked about why i was overcharged they kept giving me a work around and excuse after excuse. They also were doing construction on the 3rd floor so we would always smell the paint fumes. Wasnt all bad but still watch for the over charges!
