Rude Front Desk Clerk

The room was decent and clean. I did have a situation where I asked for a extra washcloth and towel and you would have thought that asked the front desk clerk for a kidney. Asked me for my room number as if I wanted to steal them. It was that time of the month for me and needed extra. That was none of her business but thats the only reason why. I really disliked her attitude. She didn't treat her white customers like that but unfortunately another classic Karen energy moment

Hello Anonymous, Let me say, posting as anonymous, does not help me see your reservation or who you are. We do ask, everyone, no matter race, what room you are in and if they had towels in the room. We also ask if you used the towels and that is why you need replacement, because we need dirty ones back in order to give clean ones. This is how we keep track of towels and helps us lower cost. Cost saving for us is cost savings for our guest. I assure you we do not ask for a kidney or consider any type of person who they are. Everyone will always get the same questions.

Pictures make this place look better than it is. Floors made my feet black, air conditioner didn’t work, noisy. The location is a little sketchy, not the nicest area. The couple next to us were fighting yelling, hitting the door, broke the window, glass everywhere. Cops do come. I get the place doesn’t have control over that. But when their staff are putting the wood board up in the window they were laughing and yelling at 11:00. We did call the front desk they said, “it’s being handled and under control”. The next morning we check out around 9:30 and talk with the two ladies at the front desk about it and they had no sympathy and the manager was not in. They said she’d give a call, still haven’t heard from the manager. I would not recommend this place at all!! More because of the way everything was handled NO customer service whatsoever! Or we just got the not so good employees!

Dear Jodi,I would like to start with we are sorry that there was a disturbance with your next door room. It is unfortunate, however, we do not have control every single persons personal situation. As soon as we were made aware of the situation we did take actions to have it handled. As for maintence goes, I myself got them up from their TV's and had them come help us. They were there for 15 minutes just cleaning up and hanging a board. My name is Stephanie and I am the manager. I worked late Saturday and was off Sunday and got your message here before I could give you a call back. I will let you know how sorry we are that your stay was not up to your standards. We always want to have that perfect stay for our guest., but the reality is that we never know how guest will behave. If it is a situation that the hotel could not prevent or had no control of there really is not much we can do about that. We hope that you find one of our Choice hotels that you can comfortable stay at.
