Our bathroom was not clean. Hair in bathtub, sink and on toilet seat. Toilet cover was missing. Bathroom floor was dirty. At 3am on the first night of our stay, I called the front desk regarding constant noise by our room. He said he would take care of it. Nothing changed. The second night, constant noise in the room just above us. Two nights, next to no sleep for either of us in our room. I never stay again.

Dirty room with an old used bar of soap in the shower. Obviously doesn't get cleaned very well. The stairs and hallway didn't look like they had been vacuumed in forever. All in all, a run down hotel that is lacking care and maintenance.

Room was clean but the bathroom was not. My wife had to take a shower due to surgery scheduled the next day. The shower was filthy! Soap scum on all the walls and black hair on the floor and in the drain. She had to clean the shower before she could use it.

Slow drain

Stayed at this hotel. A number of days. Due to being on watch had to reserve days separately. Coplained about slow draining of sink on day one. Day 4 returned to same room. Nothing had been done to fix sink.

When i booked this i was under the impression that there will be a sofa bed or a rollaway bed that could be provided. I even sent a message or special request when i booked but did not get a response. When i checked in the male receptionist was rude when i asked for a rollaway bed and cart. He even said that is the first time he was asked for a cart. We have few stuff and i have been to so many hotels and even other super 8s and cart was not an issue. Then during breakfast we came around 8 only to find 2 almost burnt sausages and that’s about it. The coffee tasted weird too and the reason why i booked here is because it stated breakfast included. When i asked the front desk she said that’s all the hot food. They said breakfast is from 6-10 but did not mention until supplies last and i have kids who were hungry. Not booking with super 8 anymore
