The pool was cold, and the hot tub was too hot, which surprised me, since I like it warmer. The staff are pleasant and helpful, but aside from the small breakfast room, there is nowhere to gather or sit in the lobby. The rooms are clean, but need updating, and there should be sheer drapes as well as room darkening ones, especially on the main floor. My room felt dark because I didn't feel comfortable leaving my drapes open.

Why was i not made aware that a $200 room deposit was needed at check in? This is a very bad policy that if made aware I most likely would have found other accommodations for our driver. You had my credit card on file to pay for the room.

Thank you very much for taking the time to advise your driver did not enjoy his stay with us. I am very sorry he was not advised by Expedia we ask for a security deposit for possible incidentals such as long distance phone calls etc. I understand being upset when not advised.

Over all not a bad stay just probably not expecting the volume of guests coming in to town for a cheerleading competition. A few spooky situations with room keys being given to the wrong room. Staff was lovely and super kind and eager to help with whatever we needed!
