At check-in we were assigned a room that was attached to an adjoining room and it was super noisy. Our neighbors set their alarm at 3:30 AM and hit snooze two times. We could hear everything as if they were in our own room. We had ants and the floor & in the bed. The floors weren’t clean. The balcony was filthy. It looks like it was above some exhaust fan, so it was full of exhaust debris.The next morning, the fire alarm went off at eight 8 AM. We tried to reach the front desk and the line was busy. We went to the front desk and complained about the noisy room and a polite customer service person named Maggie did move us to another room. The next room had ants as well. It also wasn’t very clean. The balcony was right next to the kitchen fans but we were warned that it was going to be noisy. At least it was a white noise and it blocked the freeway noise but we could smell the kitchen cooking smells. The sink was plugged. The front desk couldn’t be reached by telephone as well. Another busy signal when trying to call out. The third night we tried to go into the hot tub and it was filthy dirty and smelled. We alerted the front desk and no one came to address the situation. The floor in the workout room was very filthy and needed to be vacuumed. Around the property there was garbage that had been left out and unnoticed for days. For example, there was a Q-tip in the hallway right outside our room for three days. There was a plastic cocktail glass above the hot tub for 4 days.

I’m one of the “unlucky” who got the room next to the outside central air unit for the hotel. It’s like a factory inside here. The windows are shaking and the noise is unbearable. A total inferno the whole night! I paid an arm and a leg for an upgraded balcony room and this is what I got. The front desk refused to move me to a decent room and was quite rude saying I booked with a third party, read Expedia!!! I’ll never stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Staff is “friendly” with fake pleasantries till a real problem occurs. Then they belittle you. Stay away from this place! Oh, the facilities look “clean” and “newly renovated“ at the surface, but look for hair in the bathroom and garbage on the balcony. Fake again!

I stay here for work when I travel and have seen the transformation of the renovation. They were testing the fire alarms when I was there last. Time before that there was a pipe leak during the reno. and the elevators shut down so I had to get my luggage down the stairs because I was checking out. One of the employees kindly assisted me. I work in the design industry so none of this really phased me. I’m sure the renovation must be done by now. The property looks great! The food at the restaurant is great and the staff are gracious and wonderful!

This property is very nice just was going through the transitional phase from Crown Plaza. Has a different feel and it more expensive. The beds changed too, overall everyone did their best to accommodate all that was requested by me.

The place is newly renovated and beautiful. Comfortable beds and pillows and the staff was great. The issues for us, no free coffee and you pay $5 for a 12 oz paper cup of drip and it’s per cup no refills. Breakfast was good, very European. Parking was not disclosed at $10 a day and 2 weeks after our stay we were charged $150 for parking. $10 for 15 days. We were only there 2 nights and 1 day.

Booked 2 queen bed room for 4 adults. However, on reaching the hotel they mentioned they are sold out on 2 queen bed. They gave a king bed with sofa with was not enough for 4 adults.
