The beds were really terrible. Main bed hard as a rock. The pullout, every move made loud creaking noises and you could feel every coil.

This property was clean and well taken care of on our stay. The staff at reception was very helpful, kept calm with massive amounts of people checking out and in. All staff was willing to help! Our room was clean and very comfortable for our two night stay. Looking forward to returning after the cruise before we head home.

It was clean and nicely furnished. Having the coffee bar is wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. Disappointed that there was a charge to have breakfast. Never had that before and not offered bottled water at check in either. All the other Hilton rooms gave you two complimentary. I will have to think twice about returning here.

We had to change are room because of a blind issue. They were very accommodating and prompt. The carpet in the hallway looked like it could use a good vacuuming.

The property is perfectly located to where I needed to be. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I found the room clean and comfortable. My only complaint was with the bed being springy with not enough padding between me and the mattress surface. I brought my own pillow as I’ve discovered in the past that the pillows provided are too flat and uncomfortable.
