When arrived and pulled up under the covered area where the front doors are to go in, my wife was dropping me off to go inside to check in. While obtaining my wallet to go inside an employee walked out and rudely said you can’t park here. I informed them I know m. My wife was dropping me off to go check in and I was in the process of stepping out of my vehicle. After checking in and entering into our room the door would not shut all the way. The door frame was not aligned which caused the door to not close very good. The deadbolt lock would get stuck. The manager on duty came up to assist and just told us to be sure to just shimmy the lock and it would close. No offer to swap room. So we stayed and felt with it. After our first night, the next morning the bathroom counter was covered in water and water was on floor. There was a leak under the faucet. The hotel sent a maintenance crew up to fix it. Other than those issues we had no other issues. We had called to ask for the manager to voice our complaints and was told they would have the manager call us. We never heard back. We were only there two days so we didn’t bother to pursue it further. We decided we would not be staying there next time. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean but after the experience we had we were not pleased.

The hotel itself was in need of renovating/refreshing: common area rugs, elevators, walls plus the room was very "tired": rug, walls, bathroom caulking look like a 2 yr. old did it. Parking was a nightmare because they ran out of spaces in their lot so we had to go down the street/next door to their overflow lot and ended up on the top/outside level on a very cold night! They should NOT charge for parking! No housekeeping showed up in the 3 nights that we were there so we had to go to the front desk for fresh towels.

It was wonderful stay , staff are very friendly more so Ms Amanda at the restaurant very friendly and accommodating I did enjoy her service at the restaurant…., the beds though are small in size , the hotel is clean, if you gonna spend here for nights budget for parking fee and breakfast is also paid for separately it’s not bed and breakfast like Hilton or any other 5star competitor otherwise good treat location very good right in town with good view of Portland city

Bed mattress had to be swapped out due to a big hole on one side of it. Safe in room didn’t work, phone didn’t work, king room showed a bed and sofa online but it was a regular room with an awkward empty side where the second bed normally would have been.

These were the comfiest beds ever. The staff was amazing, especially, Doug, the driver, and everyone at the front desk. I love the convenience of the hotel to everything. We walked everywhere except to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and stay again.
