This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

We are in the trendy Montavilla neighborhood, close to shops and dining, with easy MAX light rail, I-84 and I-205 access.

The Guest House is attached to our home - the hosts live on site. The space has been recently renovated.

The space
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with kitchenette. The bathroom has a walk in shower, high quality cotton linens and towels. The Living Room features a 42" Roku TV with a soundbar and an electric fireplace. There's a comfy Futon to crash out on or to watch movies on. The Bedroom features a queen bed with luxury linens from Quince. There's a plush purple chair, and a desk if you need to work.
Guest access
Casita Morado is on the ground floor with no steps to access. You will have private keyless entry and a patio.
Other things to note
- Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, a small fridge, toaster and induction cooktop.

- Brand new mini split heat pump and A/C to keep you comfortable

- The apartment includes 1 queen bed and 1 comfortable convertible futon sofa. The space will accommodate 4, but is best for 2 adults and up to two children.

- Accessibility info - The space is wheelchair accessible, with easy access from the street and no steps. The shower is wheelchair accessible with a fold down bench and grab bars.

- Our home is a shoes off home, so please take off shoes and make yourself comfortable.

- This is a non smoking home.

- No parties permitted.

- No pets

- Quiet times: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM

- We have two dogs who live in our side of the house. They will occasionally be in the back yard. You might hear them (barking/etc.) from time to time, if you think animal sounds might be bothersome to you during your stay this is not the right place for you. Thanks for your understanding!

-This guest suite is attached to our home. Noise isn't usually a problem but please let us know if we are ever being too loud and we will do the same.

- Accidents can happen. Please let us know as soon as you can if something breaks, so we can work to replace or repair ASAP.
