We booked a water front room and enjoyed that part however when we got into the room and started to unwind for the night and I pulled back the sheets and there was long black hair in there! So I called the desk and they moved me to a lower floor and the first thing I did was pull back the bed and saw more hair again. I figured it must be the laundry service they are using. But then the bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and also the toilet. So for me the cleanliness gets a 0. Besides that the hotel was beautiful and the staff was great and so was the restaurant!

Overall good experience. Only downside was our bathroom didn’t have a door and the toilet paper holder was broken. 13 Coins Restaurant and coffee shop were both excellent! Breakfast was delivered right on time!
