The staff were lovely - very personable and helpful - and the lobyy/dining area was so interesting and beautiful! I loved the private sauna, and our room was spacious and serene. My only sadness was that our bed was not very comfortable - too soft :-/ I flearned that all the beds are the same in the hotel, which is unfortunate.

Service was smooth and easy and the receptionist was very nice. Neither outlet on each side of the bed did not work, so using two outlets in the bathroom was a little inconvenient. Loved Pacific Standard!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a cool building, we loved the decor. The bar/restaurant was cool but very crowded on the weekend, which is pretty standard for the area. The room was very cozy but worked for two people just crashing for the night. Our only complaint-we wished there was a fan in the bathroom for multiple reasons. We get that it's an old building but be warned there is very little privacy or fan in the bathroom...
