Price misleading, charge to park?

Our stay at the Hotel Rose was wonderful; the staff was friendly, helpful and respectful, and the location and view were extraordinary.

I chose this property for the uniqueness and location. I wanted to be walking distance to the Saturday Market and this was great. The staff gave great suggestions on restaurants and even helped to find places to go with great enthusiasm. I enjoyed my stay and would use them again with a second thought.

Kennedy was a great host. We came here for our wedding anniversary and he set up entire room for welcoming us. This place is a must for any tourist to Portland. The view from apartment was amazing and we went for a walk in the morning by the river.

I loved the bedding for the rooms, the comforters are so soft and cozy. I liked that the rooms were equipped with a Google Chromecast, it made it easy to watch streaming versus just cable channels. The free water is a plus, it makes it so convenient to be able to grab some from the lobby on your way up to the room, and it makes it easy to make coffee using the single serve machine. The room was a great size, the restroom was clean and well stocked. Our fridge wasn't working in the room, they sent someone up right away to take a look and once the issue wasn't able to be repaired, they replaced the whole unit which was so nice. Overall, a great stay.

Great location, nice rooms. Only complaint was the hot water not getting very hot, Luke warm at best. I’d stay again though

Great spot for a quick trip to Portland to attend a WinterHawks game. The hotel was comfortable, with great service and good pre-game drinks and appetizers in the bar. Grabbed a ride on the Maxx to the game at the station next to the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!
