Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The shuttle was super convenient, especially since we took the train in to Portland. All of the staff had great recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Will definitely return on our next stay :)

Great service, meh everything else.
Posted Jan. 28, 2024 on HotelsChair had stains on it, walls haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long, photos of suites show very large bathtub however there was no bathtub at all. Paid extra for two suites because online photos of room show giant bathtub, neither room had the tub. Went to guest services and explained that I purposely booked the sweet because of said tubs. Employee was nice and helpful and gave us vouchers for a breakfast and a drink but said they did not have any rooms with bathtubs. Employees are great and the service they provide is excellent but overall I would skip this place unless you can get a really good deal. We’ve stayed in way cleaner hotels in Portland that much less expensive and one even has a connected garage so you don’t have to walk 1/4 mile threw stairways that smell like urine.

Great stay! So much around for great food, entertainment and shopping! Very walkable and in and out privileges for the parking garage next door.
