A few minutes` walk from the sea of Porto Cesareo, the Bilo Lux Primo Piano is located inside the Absolute residence, in a quiet area near the center. Equipped with all comforts, it allows you to spend pleasant vacations in Puglia, in one of the most popular destinations in Salento, thanks to the sea and long beaches.
The Bilo Lux Primo Piano is totally independent, but has in common with the other apartments of the residence the playground for children, parking space in the garage, wi-fi internet. The Bilo Lux Primo Piano accommodates up to 4 people.

Fully independent, the Bilo Lux Primo Piano is located in the residence in Porto Cesareo. The apartment consists of large living room in which there are, in addition to the dining room and open kitchen, a sofa bed for two people. A hallway leads to the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. An outdoor balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining completes the house.

all the apartments that form the Absolute Apartament residence, the
Bilo Lux Primo Piano is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, alarm system, wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets on doors and windows. In common all apartments has reserved parking space, playground, equipped outdoor spaces.

The Absolute Apartment residence in which Bilo Lux Primo Piano is located, is 700 meters from the sea, just a few minutes walk from both the beaches and the city center of Porto Cesareo,
where there are all the main services, not only bars, restaurants and
stores, but also medical guard, pharmacies, bookstores, library, museum
of the sea and much more. For nightlife, many equipped lidos during the day turn into clubs during the beautiful summer evenings to be spent by the sea.






- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days
- Tidying up of accommodation, for day
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
