Note: Between the apartment and the annex, there is a 35m space of the terrace, which is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Rua Formosa is a historic and important street located in the city of Porto, Portugal.
Near the apartment, you'll find the imposing Mercado do Bolhão, an architectural landmark of the city. Additionally, the street is just a short walk from cultural and leisure areas such as Rua de Santa Catarina, Avenida dos Aliados, and Praça dos Poveiros. The nearest Metro station is Bolhão Station, located about 350 meters from the apartment.

Important note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we adhere to a policy of transparency so that our guests' expectations are appropriately met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy!

The key collection is made at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes TomĂĄs 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.
Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to assist in opening the door, there will be a fee of 40⏠after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) - fee upon consultation.
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of âŹ3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
For bookings of 28 nights or longer, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/television package expenses of âŹ230. If these expenses exceed this amount, the guest will pay the additional cost.
The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property, as requested, for inspection purposes. Monthly inspections are expected.
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Just request it (price upon consultation).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered every morning to your apartment upon request (price upon consultation).
