The Space:

This duplex apartment offers a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort near the sea. The property features two private bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds, ensuring restful nights. The living room is very spacious and features a large, very comfortable sofa, an armchair convertible into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dedicated dining area.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, an oven with microwave function, and a coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare complete meals. The apartment also includes three full bathrooms, providing maximum convenience for all guests. Air conditioning throughout the property ensures year-round comfort.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment, including the 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. Enjoy all the amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and much more. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor overlooking the street, accessible by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Foz do Douro, a charming and vibrant coastal area, famous for its stunning beaches, such as Praia da Luz and Praia do Ourigo, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The area offers a variety of gastronomic options, from restaurants serving international cuisine to authentic Portuguese dishes. For shopping, explore the Foz Market, where you can find traditional Porto products, or the luxury boutiques and art galleries nearby. The seafront invites you to stroll or cycle, and just a 10-minute drive or public transport ride away is the center of Porto, with its cultural and historical attractions. The nearest bus stop is a one-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get around.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (please inquire for prices). The apartment's prime location allows easy access to a wide network of public transport, facilitating your travel around the city. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is just a 15-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures quick and convenient.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please ask for prices).



The sofabed is already included for a reservation made for 5 people. If the reservation is for 4 people or less and you wish to use the sofabed, an added charge of 20 € will be asked.



There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.
