Awful, bad service, bad food, very disorganized

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

Paradise is close

Amazing location by the beach, pé na areia( foot on the sand), food, staff. We loved everything. Just suggesting take care of mold on tiles at bathroom.

The view is incredible and the staff is amazing! Had a great time and very thankful for the care and professionalism of all staff members.
