La villa, d'environ 250 m², est construite sur 3 niveaux avec à l'étage une première chambre parentale avec salle de bain, douche et WC et petit balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur la mer.
Au niveau intermédiaire se trouve un vaste séjour / salle a mangé ainsi qu'une cuisine équipée tous deux ouverts sur une grande terrasse aménagée surplombant la piscine et la mer.
Au rez-de-chaussée, se trouvent les 5 autres chambres de la maison. Deux chambres parentales avec entrées indépendantes munies chacune d'une salle d'eau avec WC et 3 autre chambres partageant une salle de bain avec WC, une salle d'eau et un WC séparé.
Chaque chambres disposent d'une vue mer et d'un accès aux différentes terrasses de la maison.
Un bel espace de jardin arboré et paysagé entoure la maison.
