We staied at the 2 storey lofr with 2 king for 4 adults in June 2019 . I can say it was an awsome experience from checkin process to cleanness . Located in city center of Prague best location and we easily parked our car underground with elevator . I highly recommend

Great hotel at prime location

I loved the way my room was equipped: toto heated toilet seat, great air conditioning, kitchenette, big bottle of water and many more. Everything is very high quality. International team at reception will help anyone. Location is perfect, however, there is no way taxi can come directly to hotel. You will have to walk about 100m. Fine with me, but could be raining or if you have a lot of heavy luggage. Breakfast has no great variety, but everything is high quality. If you stay for a week or so - could be boring, but ideal for 2-3 nights

Location is very good but a bit noisy given heavy traffic. Entrance of hotel is very obscure, reception on 1st floor but hotel on another building means have to carry luggage twice! Rooms are newly renovated so very nice. Also like the free beverages and snacks

Central location Prague

Great central location. The staff are very helpful. Breakfast is very good with something to suit everyone - a wide range of good quality hot and cold dishes available. Room was comfortable and well stocked.

Really loved this hotel very central location close to everything. The staff were great and the building is cool. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant that was not part of the hotel but share an entrance was excellent and very cheap. The rooms are very cool and it was great to have a kitchen area.

Excellent location as is on Wenceslas Square in Old Time and within walking distance to Palace, Charles Bridge and Jewish Quarter. The rooms are newly renovated and nicely appointed with great amenities. Breakfast is good as well.

Phenomenal location, suite and staff

Phenomenal location, staff and suite. Feel so lucky to have found it. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Free drinks including beer was in our fridge. The staff even gave us a goodbye treat. They really thought of everything to make it a perfect stay.

Beautiful and friendly place

The staff were really cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, clean, comfortable and it looked like the hotel was either recently opened or recently renovated. The WiFi was reliable and fast. They even give guests some cold beers and soft drinks as a gift.

Great place to stay in the Prague Centrum

We thought the hotel was very good, quirky inasmuch the reception is in one part of a very small shopping centre, and just around the corner, 1 minute walk, is the lifts to the excellent rooms. And then the breakfast room is back downs stairs and just opposite to the entrance for the lift. The hotel is in an ideal situation, close to the Old Square and right on Wenceslas Square, so you are right in the middle of everthing.

Everything is fantastic - especially the staff

Stayed here for an overnight business trip. The location is superb - right in the middle of the shopping area and bars. The Reception staff are exemplary; gave local advice on the best bars and restaurants and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are immaculate and well appointed. Would absolutely, definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Prague.

Very very nice stay!

The staff is super friendly. We let them know it was our honeymoon and they left us a little present in the room. The location is amazing, just meters away from old town. They have free mini bar stuff and the appliances on the room are very very good. I would definitely come back again. Ah and the price is super cheap for what you get !
