Excellent hotel!

The rooms were very clean, the hotel is beautiful, the decor is incredible. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were offered a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Breakfast had a lot of choice and was delicious. Very close to old town and within walking distance for the main attractions. Overall brilliant hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

beautiful hotel, very clean with very friendly/helpful staff and in a great location. Beds were extremely comfortable and a great choice for breakfast. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I return to Prague in the future. Amazing service and value for money.

It was located in walking distance of the river and old town and close to some great restaurants ( Max’s Steak house was a fav ) rooms are small but nice and quiet , the breakfast buffet was excellent

Guy who checked us in was welcoming. We arrived early and was allowed in our room before check in as room was ready which was a bonus. Room airy and clean. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. The hotel was central to everything, right in the centre of Prague

Absolutely wonderful

Honestly wonderful place to stay. When we arrived, we were actually worried we’d gone to the wrong place because it was so nice, and we tend to go budget friendly haha. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and comfort. The bathroom was large. The whole room was clean, and the drapes were excellent at blocking the light. Front desk dealt with us like champs! And the cost of the room was an amazing value. Location was also close to everything we wanted to see. The furthest we walked was to the castle, which took us about 30 minutes, but multiple transit options were near if we had not chosen to walk instead. Will happily recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Prague!!

Excellent hotel, would stay again

We stayed for 3 nights with our elderly aunt and uncle. We all thought the staff and property were excellent and would stay again. My request for an accessible room for them was honoured and this made their stay much safer and more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent quality. It was smaller than the other hotel we stayed in Prague and this made it more comfortable and convenient. The staff were professional and polite. Would definitely stay again on a future visit. The only negatives for us were the lifts were small and slow and it’s on a narrow road which made getting in and out of taxis difficult for our elderly aunt and uncle.

A very warm welcome after a stressful TAXI ride from the airport. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Read my emails. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The staff doing the room every day with fantastic everybody was really friendly. Didn’t like the cheeseboard in the bar expensive and not very nice breakfast were amazing. I love the different foods and that and the little shot of ginger on the way in Everybody was really lovely. Absolutely brilliant will recommend it to other people. Fantastic. Centrally located for the old town, metro and tram within a few mins walk. Shopping centre with food court at the end of the street next to the Franz Kafka statue. Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast options. Being picky the air con in the room and the fridge could have been better.
