My only problem was the lack of detail attended to cleaning the rooms. I had 2 rooms and it was clear there was no attention to detail, as they left items such as dirty glasses on the floor. Just mainly made the beds. Other than that occurring at least twice, my stay at the Michelangelo was superb.

Room was really clean and spacious, with regular cleaning from housekeeping. The inclusion of bath robes and slippers was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of free hot food, snacks, fruit, coffee, juice and various sweet treats. Hotel is smack in the middle of old town so walkable distance to all great cafes, restraunts and tourist attractions. If we ever come back to Prague we'd definitely stay here again!

The room was absolutely brilliant - very clean, spacious, great size room. It was very cold weather while we were there but you wouldn't have known inside the hotel, it was lovely and warm. The beds were really comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was incredible - really great range and so many options. I really loved the coffee too! The location was fantastic - central and really close to the metro. It was so easy to get around. The only thing that I have to share that is less than stellar is about the lift/elevator next to the staircase - there is a step jutting out into the middle of the elevator opening space which is super dangerous. Obviously making an old building modern and capable of getting people and luggage easily to their rooms but just be careful if you are going in/out of that particular side. I would definitely stay here again any time I am in Prague again!

Comfortable clean room, generally well equipped. Hotel is well located with easy access to metro, trams and is easy walking distance to many attractions. Only disappointment was no access to English speaking TV channels in the room - would have been nice to have access to something like CNN or BBC World. Staff were friendly and helpful, and kindly gave me some chocolates as a gift as it was my birthday during my stay. Would recommend.

The hotel was spotless, breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was that our room had the bathroom down some steps which was ok during the day but we were very afraid that someone might slip down them in the night. Just something to be aware of if booking a triple room as we did as in some cases this night mean a child in the room.
